Option 2. From Baclaran, MOA, Coastal Road, or the southern end of EDSA, you can take the Diosdado Macapagal Blvd or Roxas Blvd. If you take Macapagal Blvd, turn right once you reach Buendia (this is a major intersection and WTC is just on the corner on your right). If you take Roxas Blvd, you need to take a right turn on Buendia and find the nearest U-Turn to go to the other side (no left turn since MMDA changed the traffic flow here). Once you are able to cross Roxas Blvd, you will see from your left side the WTC. You would need to take a U-turn to get to there.
Option 3. From Manila area, take Roxas Blvd, turn left on Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia) and you will see from your left side the WTC. You would need to take a U-turn to get to there.
Of course, you can ride a taxicab from any point in the metro and just mention to the driver to drop you off at "World Trade Center" or "Buendia and Roxas Boulevard".
